Privacy Policy

Agent Bobby is an investment research and portfolio tracking product operated by Loxidev LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to the Agent Bobby website, mobile app, and related services, and explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account email; account identifiers, balances, holdings, and connection status from brokerage accounts you choose to connect; and app usage and technical information for reliability and improvement. Brokerage sign-in is handled by the connection provider or your brokerage. Agent Bobby does not receive your brokerage password.

How we use it

Our public marketing pages send page-view and App Store link-click counts and referring domain names to LoxiDev’s private studio dashboard at loxi.dev. This measurement uses no cookies or persistent visitor identifiers and stores no IP addresses. Browsers requesting Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Our studio dashboard also receives aggregate product-usage counts from Bobby; user identifiers, portfolios, and brokerage information are not included in those reports.

To provide the app’s features (research, portfolio, AI insights), process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Connecting your financial accounts

SnapTrade provides brokerage connectivity for Agent Bobby. The requested permissions are shown when you connect an account.

For SnapTrade connections, we use SnapTrade (Passiv Inc.) to retrieve the account identifiers, balances, holdings, and connection status you authorize for portfolio features. You review and authorize access in the hosted connection flow. Our initial SnapTrade integration requests read-only access and does not place orders or transfer funds. We store the access secrets needed to maintain the connection encrypted on our backend. SnapTrade processes connected-account data on our behalf to provide these services. Its role as a service provider is described in the End-User section of the SnapTrade Privacy Policy.

Previous Plaid connections have been retired. Their snapshots are archived and excluded from current portfolio totals. Reconnecting through SnapTrade requires your authorization; credentials are not transferred between providers. You can manage available connections in the app or contact us for help disconnecting an account. Disconnecting and requesting deletion of retained account data are separate actions.

ChatGPT and Agent Bobby integrations

When ChatGPT calls an Agent Bobby tool, we receive the specific tool input needed to answer the request, such as a ticker or comparison, along with limited technical request information used for security, rate limiting, and reliability. The public free integration does not require a Bobby account and does not receive brokerage credentials or portfolio data. We do not receive a user's complete ChatGPT conversation unless the user explicitly includes that information in a tool input. Authenticated Bobby Pro integrations may access only the Bobby account data and features the signed-in user authorizes.

Service providers

We use Supabase (auth/database), SnapTrade (brokerage connectivity), RevenueCat & Apple (subscriptions), Google Gemini (AI generation), Vercel (website and tool hosting), and OpenAI/ChatGPT when you choose to use an Agent Bobby integration. These providers process data to deliver their services under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data anytime by emailing support@loxi.dev from your account email address. Please identify Agent Bobby in your request.

Children

Agent Bobby is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here.
