Agent Bobby (“we”, “us”) builds an investing-research app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account email; optional brokerage holdings you choose to connect via Plaid; app usage for reliability and improvement. We do not collect your brokerage login credentials — those are handled by Plaid.
How we use it
To provide the app’s features (research, portfolio, AI insights), process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Connecting your financial accounts (Plaid)
We use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect the brokerage and financial accounts you choose to link and to retrieve the holdings information you share with us. By connecting an account, you grant Agent Bobby and Plaid the right, power, and authority to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your financial institution on your behalf, as needed to provide the app’s features. You consent to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. We never receive or store your financial-institution login credentials — those are handled solely by Plaid.
Service providers
We use Supabase (auth/database), Plaid (brokerage connectivity), RevenueCat & Apple (subscriptions), LunarCrush (social data), and Google Gemini (AI generation). These providers process data only to deliver their service.
Data retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your account and data anytime by emailing support@bobby.markets.
Children
Agent Bobby is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here.
